We are not liable for damage to unmarked or improperly installed systems.

While we take every precaution to protect your lawn and plants, we cannot guarantee plant survival due to:
Weather conditions
Pre-existing disease
Soil conditions
Improper watering
New plant installations require proper irrigation and maintenance by the homeowner.
9. Cancellations
One-time services may require 24-hour notice for cancellation.
Recurring services require advance notice prior to the next scheduled visit.
Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
10. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
